Hi there everybody, my name is Sophie. Recently, I had one of my childhood dream’s fulfilled as my sister’s Maid Of Honour in her wedding. She was married at a beautiful old house surrounded by stunning scenery and right on the coast. Oh Wow! It was such an awesome and breathtaking place to get married! It is totally where I want to be married too one day!

Me After My Maid of Honour Speech
As she was my big sister, I especially wanted to do something exceptionally special for Laura (my sister). That was to give her the most memorable, heartfelt and hopefully moving Maid Of Honor Speeches ever. Laura and i are very close in age, she my be my sis but she is also my best friend (a bit of a cheesy cliche i know but fortunately true
. And without a doubt i was going to desperately miss her once she was married and officially flown the nest so to speak.
My aim with my blog is to support all of the Maid and Matron’s of Honor To Be with writing their perfect Speech. No matter if it is for your sister, closest or oldest friend, uni roommate or whoever. I feel a compulsion to help as I know all too well how it felt to be in your probably beaded, sequined satin shoes right now
As ecstatic and honored i felt to be trusted with such an important role in the wedding, i was absolutely mortified at the mere thought of speaking in front of a huge audience. let alone actually standing up and reciting an amazing speech i was expected to write. All i could think of was what if I embarrassed myself in the process, or worse my sister with what I said. What are you supposed to say? How do I say them? There were so, so many endless questions whizzing through my head. What if i ended up spiting on the audience as i spoke…What if I fainted? Eeeek!
During my research online for my speech i became aware of the obvious lack of pages where other Maid or Matron’s of Honor have written about their experiences. And that is what I want to do here. I also love to cook! So, I want to help you by offering “Sophie’s Recipe For the Perfect Maid O Honour Speeches” with important speech ingredients.
Of course, I had some help and some perfect maid of honor speech resources I used to help me concoct my speech.I will explain all in my blog. I intend to include and reveal some essential tips, helpful advice and the top sites that saved my speech and me from utter embarrassment.
To all the Maid and Matron of Honor’s To Be……I will support you however I can and Best Wishes with your speech.
Please feel free to email me with any questions you have.
